Shipping & Returns

We roast and ship your coffee the very same day that we process your order. Orders are processed at noon Pacific time Monday through Thursday to ship those same days.  Any orders placed after noon Pacific time on Thursday will ship Monday afternoon.

Similarly, for all non-coffee merchandise, we ship the same day that we process,  Monday-Thursday, except holidays, or when we can't find the thing that was ordered right away.

We ship packages via USPS Priority or USPS First Class. Four Barrel does not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee/merchandise to USPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, help you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee.

Customers may return mugs, or any other defective non-coffee merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 30 days from the shipment date. Returned items must be in their original and undamaged packaging. Just mail them back to us with the original shipping label or receipt and we’ll credit your card within 30 days after receiving your return. If you can, please also send an email to orders@fourbarrelcoffee.com letting us know that you are returning your item and whether you want to be refunded (minus shipping) or want a replacement item.

Most registration for classes and events are refundable, if said registration is cancelled over 48 hours before the event. These refunds are optional and at the discretion of Four Barrel. That said, if you cancel over 48 hours before a class, workshop, or event, then we will try to refund your registration fee.

Our coffee beans are not returnable or refundable at any time. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at weborders@fourbarrelcoffee.com or 415.252.0800. We will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied. We do not ship psychically.
