A classically gorgeous, expressive coffee from the Yirga Cheffe region, the Danche hails from SNAP Specialty Coffee's new Chelbesa washing station in the Gedeb District. Fully washed and fermented in ceramic (as opposed to the traditional cement) tanks, the Danche is grown and picked by more than 500 farmers in the Chelbesa village. The high elevation and the meticulous processing result in a cup that's full of classic Yirga Cheffe tasting notes: candied lemon, jasmine and stone fruit sweetness.
