Our dear friend Alejandro Valiente is responsible for so many coffees that grace our shelves throughout the year. Often several at a time.
This current offering of the Anarquia Pacamara is yet another example of the progressive nature of Valiente.
Pacamara originates from Pacas and Maragogype varieties and produces an almost laughably large bean size compared to the relatively tiny coffees we typically buy. While larger size used to imply lower quality, Pacamara breaks all the rules. It’s deceivingly complex and intricately acidic, with tropical qualities you might expect in an African coffee.
