Silvia Carolina Herrera Hernandez, a 31-year old second-generation coffee farmer from the Coita state of Chipas, grew, harvested and processed this stunning lot at 1650 meters. Silvia's farm, Finca Geisha, is one of the first farms in Chiapas to produce and export a specialty microlot through Azahar (our exporter) for Four Barrel and we are thrilled to be roasting Silvia's beautiful coffee: roasted plum, finger lime, baking spice and an elegant, silky finish.
